Most of the longtime “Futurama” voice forged will return for the Hulu revival. That contains Billy West, Phil LaMarr, Lauren Tom, John DiMaggio, Katey Sagal, Maurice LaMarche, David Herman, and Tress MacNeille.
There was an argument with Hulu’s revival when DiMaggio, who voices the alcoholic robotic Bender (amongst dozens of different characters), refused to signal on over his low wage. He felt that the forged was value extra and there was a short standoff between the actor and the corporate. Press started for the revival earlier than negotiations have been full, and it seemed just like the studio was ready to make the present with out him. By March 2022, DiMaggio had negotiated a wage that he deemed acceptable and rejoined the forged. Thank goodness.
Writers Patric Verrone, Maiya Williams, Eric Horsted, Eric Kaplan, David A. Goodman, and a number of other others may even return for the revival. David X. Cohen will proceed to run the present and write episodes himself, with Claudia Katz and Ken Keeler additional returning as producers.
